Fritz Charles is currently a second year MBA student at the Wharton School of Business. Fritz is part of Wharton’s student business incubator, the Wharton Venture Initiation Program. Fritz also serves as a facilitator of Haitian disaster relief efforts at the Wharton School. After receiving his Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Investments from Baruch College, Fritz worked as an equity derivative trader at Lehman Brothers and Barclays Capital. In this role, he was part of a lean team responsible for managing the firm’s delta one client flow and proprietary book. The products he structured and traded include, EFPs (Exchange for Physicals), equity swaps (index and single stock), forwards, futures, ETFs (Exchange Traded Funds), and stock baskets. Fritz has also had significant exposure to inner city economics, both as an investor and as a consultant in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
